I called Aspen dental this morning with an emergency. I broke off a front tooth. I’m like oh my goodness I’m leaving in two days to go on a trip and I can’t have this tooth missing .When I went online and booked an appointment, I was thrilled to be able to even get an appointment. When I walked in, everybody was so friendly, so welcoming. They took me immediately and started with x-rays and everything that I needed to prepare for the doctor to see me. The doctor was absolutely amazing. They had to do more extensive work than we had expected, but they did it with excellence . I’m so pleased with the results. The group works together as a well organized team. Helping each other and supporting each other. I would highly recommend Aspen dental.🦷

Dr C and his staff were very professional. I went in there to have two teeth extracted and my anxiety was sky high. My blood pressure was high and Dr C. He was amazing at getting me to feel comfortable. I would highly recommend anybody to go see Dr C at Aspen dental on university in Florida all the negative reviews that I see on Aspen Dental I don’t know what aspen Dental you went into but the one on university Park by far one of the best. Thank you for making my mouth feel better!!

I had such an amazing experience with my dental hygienist Kristi and I honestly can’t say enough good things. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients—not just about doing her job, but about making sure you feel taken care of every step of the way. She was incredibly gentle yet thorough, constantly checking in to make sure I was okay and explaining everything she was doing in a way that felt reassuring, not overwhelming. I’ve had cleanings in the past that felt rushed or uncomfortable, but this was the complete opposite. It felt calm, intentional, and honestly kind of relaxing (which I never thought I’d say about a dental appointment!). What really stood out was her attention to detail and how much pride she takes in her work. My teeth have never felt this clean, and she gave me helpful tips without making me feel judged—just supported and informed. If you’re someone who gets nervous about dental visits, she is exactly who you want to see. Kind, patient, professional, and truly exceptional at what she does. Staff was nice and polite. Doctor was nice and seemed knowledgeable. But when it came to the billing part and explanation of breakdown of treatment and charges, the office shown its 'face'. They hit me over 9 thousand bill. There was a charge for set of x-rays that they didn't even take because I brought full mounth x-rays taken in other office 4 months ago. They also billed for full mouth deep cleaning plus anesthesia for like $1500. Plus they added few teeth to do crowns, fillings, etc. I asked them politely as what does it cost in their office a regular base teeth cleaning. They refused to answer saying that I am not a candidate for base cleaning. Even if I am not a candidate as they say, they should answer my simple easy question. They didn't. I wanted to compare base cleaning price in Aspen to my other existing dentist to make up decision with what office to continue. I just walked out. This office simply build up treatment to build up billing. They mentioned financing options several times. NO TRUST to Aspen dental. I DO NOT recommend. Stay away!
